Kyma a.s is a specialist company in the field of manufacture and development of products for marine performance monitoring. The company was established as consultants in marine engineering and naval architecture in 1965, and started early with specialist groups for field work for tuning of ship machinery and control systems. The vast experience gained through the years made it possible to introduce computer based expert systems for steam turbine plants and motorships. Since then several specialised products have been introduced within the field of marine performance monitoring.
Kyma a.s has its present form since 1.Jan. 1995 as an independent share holding company. Today the company delivers high quality products for performance monitoring to all types of vessels. Our products represent state of the art technology, and quality assurance is a continuous and necessary process for efficient production and development of new products.
Kyma has a highly qualified staff within all areas of our production. and are located in modern production facilities in Bergen, Norway. |

Kyma a.s shall maintain a quality assurance in accordance with the requirements which our products, markets and customers require at any time.
Correct quality is a joint goal for all Kyma employees, and shall be used actively as a tool to obtain an adequate and continual profitability.
We shall be able to deliver our products and services taking into account the laws and regulations applicable to the area where the products shall be used or the service carried out.
Products developed by us, or products where we have the design responsibility, shall be evaluated on the basis of applicable laws and regulations for Health, Environment and Safety. | |
